Brand Identity
Logo embroidery for retail apparel with strict color tolerances and clear read at small sizes.
Bespoke embroidery — engineered
We combine artisan stitch techniques with digital tooling to deliver durable, detailed embroidery for brands and makers. From concept sketches to finished apparel, our studio treats every thread as a line of code — designed, tested, and refined.

Our founder blends century-old hand techniques with CNC-level repeatability to create embroidery that reads both handmade and industrial-grade.
Founded by a pattern engineer and textile conservator, StitchCraft evolves traditional stitch vocabulary into repeatable systems for branding, uniforms, and limited-edition apparel. We prototype in-house, test for wash and abrasion, and iterate until every motif holds form across runs.

Challenge → Approach → Result
When a heritage label requested a 4cm crest for woven suits, details blurred and edges toasted after wash cycles. The brief demanded fidelity, repeatability, and garment comfort.
We vectorized the crest, broke fills into micro-satin sequences, and introduced localized backing layers with a needle-density map. Prototypes were tested across three fabric tensions and two thread blends.
The final run retained crisp outlines after 50 home washes, reduced puckering by 65%, and matched brand tone with a custom-dyed rayon blend. The client rolled the crest into multiple SKUs with zero returns.
